We have a dedicated team of Governors on our Governing Board (GB), who work tirelessly to ensure that the pupils of St Barnabas and St Philip's  have the best educational opportunities possible.  There is a very strong link with St Barnabas and St Philip's Church, and our Christian Values underpin all the decisions made for our community. 

The school is run by the Headteacher. The GB oversees the effectiveness of the school and together with the Senior Leadership Team provides strategic direction of the school for the work and improvement of the school. It also supports and monitors the budget. Finally, it holds the school to account for the standards achieved and the quality of education.
