School uniform is worn by all children attending St Barnabas and St Philip’s CE Primary school because we believe that a smart School Uniform helps increase children’s sense of identity and pride in their School.  Parental co-operation is an invaluable source of support.  Extremes of fashion in shoes, clothing and hairstyles will not be permitted within the school.

The children wear a uniform, which is white, grey, black and red. 

All their clothes should be clearly marked, preferably with name tapes.

Summer uniform may be worn from the beginning of Summer Term 1 until the end of Autumn Term 2

Summer Uniform - Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

*For Health and Safety reasons, ballet pumps, shoes with heels, open toes and backs are not permitted. Shoes fastened with laces or a T-bar across the foot is essential.

Jewellery

Except watches, the wearing of jewellery is not permitted within the school for Health and Safety reasons.

For children with pierced ears, plain stud earrings must only be used.

*Please note that SMART watches are not permitted to be worn at school.

Key Rings

We ask that you do not put key rings on to your child's backpacks. Each child is given a school key ring which can be placed on the zipper.
